If you wish to return your part/scooter within your 14 days cooling off period, you have the right to do so for as long as the part/scooter in in the new/unused condition you received it and it is returned in its original packaging it was sent.
Return postage cost and is paid by the buyer in this case.
After we receive the goods and inspect them, we will refund you but you have to keep in mind that payment processing fees and postage cost to send the goods to you, will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you bought a part/scooter that on the listing we clearly state that we don’t accept returns for it then the return will be refused.

After these 14 days period has passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.


Faulty goods return:
If in the unfortunate event despite our quality check, your item is faulty upon receipt, a return on our cost will be accepted and we will provide you with a return label. Again, the item has to be returned in its original new UNUSED condition and packaging that you received it in.

What to do if you receive a faulty item:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item then please get in touch with us soonest possible.
Items that arrive faulty (DOA - dead on arrival) are dealt with swiftly, most often with a replacement item. To safeguard yourself (in regards to replacing an item classified as DOA) we recommend you keep the product packaging for at least 14 days. Items that develop a fault after 14 days are either repaired or replaced free of charge, as long as they are still within the product’s warranty period.

All faulty products have to be returned and inspected by us before a replacement or refund is issued. 
Buyer will arrange and initially cover the cost of any return but once our team has confirmed the fault with the product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.​

In any case returned items will be inspected and appropriate deductions will be made to the refund amount if the item is not returned in the required state as mentioned above. Refunds on properly returned items will be issued without any delays.

False returns will be handled appropriately and legal action might be taken against the offender.

If you need to return an item then please send us a message via our contact form including your order ID and the reason for the return. Our team will get back to you as quickly as possible. Once the RMA has been approved, we will email you over a RMA reference number and an address to return your item to. Please ensure the RMA reference number is clearly stated on both the inside and outside of your parcel to ensure swift processing upon receipt.
