Payments
WatchMyRide online store UK, offers several several ways for you to pay for your order.
We accept:
Bank transfer,
Cash on collection,
Debit/Credit card payments,
PayPal,
PayPal Credit,
PayPal in 3
Products will be posted to the address registered on your account or to the one you will provide at checkout, you can only request to have the product posted to a different address by sending an email to us.
Address changes can't be done by the phone.
If a product is paid online but you still want to collect it, you will have to present and ID, driving license or any legal document matching with the account holder.
If you would like to pay with bank transfer or with cash on collection please contact us with the details of the item you are interested and we will get back to you asap.
Shipping
All our orders are usually dispatched the same or the next day.
We offer free 2-3 working days standard delivery,on all orders (unless is stated different on a listing) in the UK (Northern Ireland not included).
Next Day Delivery is an available option on checkout but you will have to pay extra for it.
Please note the following postcodes are classed as Non-Mainland UK or Remote/Rural delivery: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, PO30-PO41, IM, JE, GY, BT, TR21-TR25.
If you are located in any of these postcode areas or within Europe please contact us first so we can check if we can deliver at your location and quote you with any additional charges.
International Sales
TAXES, CUSTOMS & RELATED FEES:
International buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes and additional fees that may occur unless we state on the product that there will be no fees like in electric scooters.
Watch My Ride cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the local customs.
Any parcels returned to us by your countries customs due to delayed payment, non-payment and/or incorrect address, will be dispatched again with a new shipping label at the buyers cost.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY:
Orders shipped with Royal Mail will come with their international tracked and signed service with a max. compensation/insurance amount of £250.
Orders shipped with an express courier service will come tracked with a standard max. compensation/insurance amount of £50. If you wish to increase your compensation/insurance amount get in touch with us for the proper adjusted shipping costs prior to finalizing your order.
