Returns:
All orders have a cooling off period of 14 days of receipt where you might change your mind. You simply return it to us for a full refund.In this case, the cost of returning the item is yours to bear.

You must also keep in mind that payment processing from PayPal or Square might not reimbursed and they will be deducted from the final refund.

If there is a fault that we haven’t noticed you will receive a return label from us.

Once we have received the item/s back it will be inspected and you will receive your refund as soon as possible or credit for the amount of the refund. All refunds will be paid into the same account from which payment was made.

Item must return to us in its original UNUSED condition with its original packaging. If an item is returned in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.

UK Buyers: This scooter is available for collection or delivered within a 10 miles range from our location in Orpington, BR53DE.

EU buyers: As usual you will receive the scooter within 3-5 days since it has cleared customs already unless there is a delay by the courier which we cannot be hold responsible for.
Price you are paying is final including shipping unless there are extra charges from the courier because of your location.
