Dispatching your order:
* All goods are subject to availability.
* All orders are dispatched the same or next day unless stated differently.
* Items ordered will be delivered in accordance with the requested delivery service.
* We will try to ensure that delivery is within the estimated time scales.

* Items ordered for collection using Click & Collect will be prepared as soon as possible. Communications will be sent by email and/or text to confirm the item is ready for collection with an expected collection time by the buyer of up to 7 days post confirmation the item is ready to collect.

Returns:
Even though we don’t like it, there are some parts/accessories on which we don’t accept returns for several/different reasons.
These parts have been checked upon receipt from the manufacturer by us and they will be checked again before being dispatched to make sure that they are in proper working order.

First reason is that most buyers want to install them on their own even if they actually don’t have the experience and/or knowledge to do so properly, often ending up in damaging them.
Another very unfortunate one is that some buyers try to return their faulty used parts to us claiming that it is the one we post out to them.
Finally, we don’t send out products for buyers just for the sake of trying them out and unfortunately there are buyers that think they can just do that.

This part is one that falls to under the NO RETURNS parts/accessories policy.

Feel free to contact us before purchase for any additional information you might need as we’re always happy to assist. Please take your time and make sure that this is the part you’re after as it will save both parties time and money.

If for any reason you feel uncomfortable with this policy, feel free to buy the needed part from another seller. 

We offer free 2-3 working days standard delivery, on all orders (unless is stated different on a listing) in the UK (Northern Ireland not included).

Next Day Delivery is an available option on checkout but you will have to pay extra for it.

There is no Saturday service so if you place an order with Next day delivery on Friday then it will be delivered the following working day.

As you probably know already, there are postcodes in the UK that they are being treated as remote locations and in this case, you will have to pay extra for your delivery. We will contact you prior to dispatching your order so you can clear the balance that it will occur unless you prefer to cancel your order.

TAXES, CUSTOMS & RELATED FEES

International buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes and additional fees that may occur. Watch My Ride cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

Any parcels returned to us by your country’s customs due to delayed payment, non-payment and/or incorrect address, will be dispatched again with a new shipping label at the buyer’s cost.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Orders shipped with Royal Mail will come with their international tracked and signed service with a max. compensation/insurance amount of £250.

Orders shipped with an express courier service will come tracked with a standard max. compensation/insurance amount of £50. If you wish to increase your compensation/insurance amount, get in touch with us for the proper adjusted shipping costs prior to finalizing your order.
