Returns:
All orders have a cooling off period of 14 days of receipt where you might change your mind. You simply return it to us for a full refund.In this case, the cost of returning the item is yours to bear.

You must also keep in mind that payment processing from PayPal or Square might not reimbursed and they will be deducted from the final refund.

If there is a fault that we haven’t noticed you will receive a return label from us.

Once we have received the item/s back it will be inspected and you will receive your refund as soon as possible or credit for the amount of the refund. All refunds will be paid into the same account from which payment was made.

Item must return to us in its original UNUSED condition with its original packaging. If an item is returned in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.

The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.

All of our products are covered with manufacturer’s warranty and rest assured that we will sort out any issue that might occur after the cooling off period has passed. By buying it you agree that you read and understand these terms & conditions.

Dispatching your order:
1. All goods are subject to availability.
2. Most of our items are dispatched within one working day except electric scooters that they are dispatched within 1-3 days (for more information, see Delivery info on the listing that interest you).
3. Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service.
4. We will try to ensure that delivery is within the estimated time scales.
5. Items ordered for collection using Click & Collect will be prepared as soon as possible. Communications will be sent by email and/or Text to confirm the item is ready for collection with an expected collection time by the buyer of up to 7 days post confirmation the item is ready to collect.

Delivery.
UK Buyers:
If you prefer to collect your scooter from our location all checked and ready to ride you just place your order requesting to collect the scooter of your choice and we will contact you to arrange everything. If you want the scooter delivered to your door then you should keep in mind that because there is a big issue with couriers in the UK at the moment as almost none of them accept electric scooters because of the battery in them. For this reason, all scooters must be shipped from the EU warehouse.
We are giving a delivery time frame 1-2 weeks because since Brexit customs in the UK are stricter and many times, they request for items to be checked before releasing them. This is when it will take about 2 weeks to get to you. If they are happy without pulling it then the scooter will be with you in about a week from the time it will be dispatched.
If you know or suspect that you are located on a remote location or in a postcode that will require extra shipping charge or the courier might decline to deliver it please contact us before placing your order so we can see how we can help. We think that it will be better if you know if there will be any extra charges before you commit to buy it.

EU buyers:
Unlike UK buyers from the EU won’t have to wait for customs clearance as this has already happen. Delivery time within the EU is 3-5 working days from dispatch unless there is a delay by the courier which we cannot be hold responsible for.
