The L11 800W have most of the features of a premium-priced electric scooter down to an entry-level price point and we are excited to offer it to you as such. Where savings come is mostly on the battery size as it comes with a 13Ah one. Maximum speed on the L10 is around 28mph* and it will give you around 15-20 miles range per charge.
Yes, it is cheap for an 800W scooter but if you are looking for better performance than the above then this scooter is NOT for you.

All orders have a cooling off period of 14 days of receipt where you might change your mind. You simply return it to us for a full refund.In this case, the cost of returning the item is yours to bear.You must also keep in mind that payment processing from PayPal or Square might not reimbursed and they will be deducted from the final refund.
If there is a fault that we haven’t noticed you will receive a return label from us.
Once we have received the item/s back it will be inspected and you will receive your refund as soon as possible or credit for the amount of the refund. All refunds will be paid into the same account from which payment was made.
Item must return to us in its original UNUSED condition with its original packaging. If an item is returned in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.

Dispatching your order:

4. We will try to ensure that delivery is within the estimated time scales.
5. Items ordered for collection using Click & Collect will be prepared as soon as possible. Communications will be sent by email and/or Text to confirm the item is ready for collection with an expected collection time by the buyer of up to 7 days post confirmation the item is ready to collect.
Delivery.
UK Buyers:
If you prefer to collect your scooter from our location all checked and ready to ride you just place your order requesting to collect the scooter of your choice and we will contact you to arrange everything. If you want the scooter delivered to your door then you should keep in mind that because there is a big issue with couriers in the UK at the moment as almost none of them accept electric scooters because of the battery in them. For this reason, all scooters must be shipped from the EU warehouse.
We are giving a delivery time frame 1-2 weeks because since Brexit customs in the UK are stricter and many times, they request for items to be checked before releasing them. This is when it will take about 2 weeks to get to you. If they are happy without pulling it then the scooter will be with you in about a week from the time it will be dispatched.
If you know or suspect that you are located on a remote location or in a postcode that will require extra shipping charge or the courier might decline to deliver it please contact us before placing your order so we can see how we can help. We think that it will be better if you know if there will be any extra charges before you commit to buy it.

EU buyers:
Unlike UK buyers from the EU won’t have to wait for customs clearance as this has already happen. Delivery time within the EU is 3-5 working days from dispatch unless there is a delay by the courier which we cannot be hold responsible for.
