You are only buying one controller as pictured. 
This controller will work with our Arrow 1800W, the XTrack HV electric scooters and possible many others too but keep in mind that it's your responsibility to check that it will work with yours before buying it.
Wires and plugs of the controller are pictured to help you check it.
There are no instructions with it so if you don't have the knowledge on how to fit them, 
we strongly suggest that you seek professional help.
